These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of usedailyt.com and any purchase of Daily T products (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by AUDAX MEDIA GROUP LLC, doing business as Daily T ("Daily T", "we", "us"). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States to place an order.
Daily T is a dietary supplement. It is not a drug, hormone or medical treatment, and it contains no testosterone. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary.
Talk to your doctor before using Daily T if you take medication, are on TRT, or have a medical condition. Information on our website is for general education and is not medical advice.
Subscribers receive one free at-home testosterone test kit, as described in our Subscription Policy: on the 3- and 5-bag plans it's included with the prepaid plan; on the monthly plan it ships with the 3rd bag. Samples are analyzed by an independent certified laboratory. Results are for information only, are not a diagnosis, and are not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider. The kit is a free gift, has no cash value and is limited to one per customer. We may replace the kit with a kit of equal or greater value.
All prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices or offers at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or reselling.
When you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes, until you cancel. You can skip a delivery, pause or cancel at any time online at usedailyt.com/a/subscriptions/login or by emailing help@usedailyt.com. Cancellations made before your next renewal date stop all future charges. Full details are in our Subscription Policy, which is part of these Terms. We email you 3 days before each renewal charge. Charges appear on your card statement as SP DAILY T.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us and our payment processors to charge it for your orders and renewals. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may pause or cancel your subscription.
We ship to US addresses only. Shipping times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is delivered to the carrier.
If you're not satisfied for any reason within 120 days of your first order date, email help@usedailyt.com with your order number for a refund, as described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
You're responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure. Let us know right away at help@usedailyt.com if you think someone used your account without permission.
If you submit a review, photo or message, you confirm it's truthful and based on your own experience, and you give us permission to display it on our website and marketing. We don't pay for positive reviews and we don't edit reviews to change their meaning.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by reselling our products without permission, interfering with the website, or using it for anything unlawful.
The Daily T name, logo, website design, text and images belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
Except as stated in these Terms and our policies, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise any specific result, including any specific change in your testosterone level.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily T will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to cover any claims or costs that arise from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, unless the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page with an updated date. Changes won't apply to orders placed before the update.
