Renewals ship automatically on your plan's schedule. You can skip or pause a delivery anytime at usedailyt.com/a/subscriptions/login.
On the monthly plan, the kit ships with your 3rd bag. On the 3- and 5-bag plans, it's included with your plan (no renewal needed) and ships on its own around Day 80, so it arrives by Day 90.
If your package is lost, arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email help@usedailyt.com within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
